I would like some idea's fom others how a new graduate can obtin the needed experience (other than school) to get them further into the field, as many will not hire new graduates, I personally tried many different ways with little success, but as a few ideas i volunteered, at different places i asked around places that i thought might be a good fit if they had internships or apprentice positions. I asked at fire houses and the like to watch the first responders  and try to sell my self as confident as possible, alot didn't work but i gained alot of contacts doing this.
